01 · About this policy

This policy describes information handling for Panda Loop: Logic Puzzle, Android package com.bamboogarden.pandaloop, provided by TurboShift (“we”, “us”). It covers the game and support requests you send us.

The game does not require a player account. It includes Google AdMob integration for rewarded and interstitial advertising. Ad availability and privacy options depend on the app version, your region, device settings and choices.

02 · Game & support data

Level progress, game currency, hints, remaining chances, park progress and preferences are saved locally on your device. The current game does not provide an account-based cloud save service. Device backup settings may separately affect whether local app data is backed up.

When you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to questions, investigate reported problems and handle privacy requests. Please avoid sending passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.

The game does not ask for your contacts or precise GPS location. Advertising services may process other information as explained below.

03 · Google AdMob advertising

We use the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to load and show ads, and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage applicable consent messages and privacy choices. Rewarded ads are optional: you choose to watch one for an in-game benefit, such as a hint or one additional chance. Interstitial ads may appear at level transitions.

When advertising services run, Google may collect and share:

• IP address and approximate location derived from it;
• device or other identifiers, including the Android advertising ID where available;
• app and ad interactions, such as launches, taps and video views;
• diagnostic and performance information.

These data support ad delivery, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. Personalization depends on applicable consent, settings and availability. Non-personalized ads may still involve data processing. Test advertisements do not mean that all SDK data processing is disabled.

04 · Your privacy choices

Where applicable, the game shows a Google consent message before requesting ads. When UMP requires a privacy options entry point, an Ad privacy choices button appears in the game's Settings. Use it to review or change available choices, including withdrawing consent where offered. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal.

You can also manage available advertising ID and ad privacy controls in Android settings. Names and options vary by Android version. You may decline optional rewarded ads and continue using the game's other available features.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, request portability, or complain to your local data protection authority. Email us to exercise applicable rights relating to information we hold. For information Google holds, its privacy policy explains Google's controls and request channels.

05 · Sharing, international processing & security

Advertising information is processed by Google and its advertising service partners as described in Google's policies. Support correspondence is processed through the email services used to receive and answer your request. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect users, security or legal rights.

Service providers may process information on servers outside your country, under their applicable privacy terms and safeguards. Google states that data collected by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.

When you visit this policy website, the hosting service may process standard technical request information, such as your IP address, requested URL and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. This privacy page does not embed advertising or analytics scripts.

06 · Retention & deletion

Local game data remains until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it, subject to device backup and restore behavior. Clearing storage may permanently remove your progress. Manage any device backups separately. We cannot remotely retrieve or erase your local save.

Support messages are retained as needed to handle the request, related follow-up and applicable legal obligations. You may email us to request deletion of correspondence we hold; any necessary retention exceptions will be explained when applicable. Google's retention periods and deletion options are governed by its own policies. Removing the game does not automatically delete information previously processed by third parties.

07 · Children's privacy

Panda Loop: Logic Puzzle is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address it. Parents and guardians can manage device access and advertising settings.
